In an attempt to not help customers, Dell has decided it's good business to forbid spyware removal support. Sounds like a good decision to me! Why waste time helping customers when you can fall back to the good old "restore your system from the restore CD?" I wonder if they bother to tell customers they'll lose all their data when they do it... We use Spybot Search and Destroy on a daily basis here and I can't tell you how many times it's saved a computer from a horrible spyware infested death. I officially nominate all of Dell support as the tool of the week. However, since this obviously covers more than one person, I'll steal a phrase from an earlier comment and call them the "Toolbox of the week." Shame on you Dell support. Shame, shame...
